




Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates call center operations, ensuring achievement of financial targets and leading collections teams, with a focus on analysis and strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability and decision-making skills REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, incomplete undergraduate studies, or technical degree in economics, administration, engineering, sciences, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a call center (collections experience is mandatory), supervising teams (verifiable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for executive presentations). Experience with predictive dialers and digital collection tools; generally, call center management systems. Leadership, coaching, and feedback skills with team members. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Analytical and synthetic capacity to process information, identify trends, and make decisions. Residence near the workplace (no more than 1 hour 20 minutes away) · RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision and coordination of operations for assigned campaign staff in the call center, including supervisors and telephone agents. Ensuring achievement of assigned financial and recovery targets for the campaign. Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports to improve team efficiency. Defining and implementing collection strategies, as well as preparing executive reports and summaries. Client interaction and meetings. · SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 1.5 hours for break and lunch) Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (including break time). · WE OFFER: Monthly salary ranging from $15,000.00 to $18,000.00, depending on qualifications.
