Description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, patient, proactive communicator, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our users. **Not negotiable (candidates that do not fulfill these 3 requirements will not be considered):** * Fluent or native English written and spoken **(minimum 80%)** * Residing in CDMX * Open to coming to the office at least 3 days per week * Bachelor's Degree **Responsibilities:** * Follow up on the recruitment of official broadcasters and the management of our existing broadcasters, and provide reasonable conclusions and suggestions for improving broadcaster performance * Identify cooperative resources such as local talent agencies and maintain collaborative relationships * Responsible for content management and operations, agency communication, and agency management * Responsible for planning and implementing regional online and offline activities; user operations, improving user sensitivity, enhancing audience retention * Responsible for organizing and analyzing operational data in the region **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory * Experience in media, PR, event planning, TV stations, or internet businesses; similar job experience is preferred * Excellent teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, active commitment, prompt feedback, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability * Highly energetic, creative, flexible, and effective at achieving desired outcomes * Must have managed big companies as clients * Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; SQL knowledge is a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and a professional approach **\-WHAT WE OFFER\-** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work with one of the world's leading live streaming platforms and a rapidly growing LATAM operation * A collaborative, international work environment with exposure to global operations * Career growth opportunities within Bigo Live's expanding Americas organization * Performance-based bonus (mid-year and annual) * Christmas bonus (+15 days in addition to aguinaldo) * Company phone + company laptop * 4 office days + 1 remote work day * Discount card for pharmacies and laboratories, as well as certain services under a major/minor medical expense plan (not a formal medical expense insurance) * Discount card for TDU-type establishments * Payroll-based loan of up to one month’s salary, available after the 3-month probation period Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
