The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring high-level customer service and an organized, efficient workflow. Your main responsibilities include document management, telephone support and customer service, scheduling appointments and events, and managing calendars. It is essential that you possess strong organizational and proactive skills to maintain order and efficiency in all assigned tasks. Minimum Requirements for the Position: -Recent graduate in Public Accounting or related field. -Technical knowledge of ERP payroll systems; prior experience in administration; customer service skills; ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; and a proactive attitude to solve problems and improve existing processes. -We seek a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude who contributes to the company's success. -On-site. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
