Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of physical and digital files 2. Control and safeguarding of important legal documents 3. Handling of digitization and file organization Integration, organization, and archiving of physical and digital files Control and safeguarding of legal documents (contracts, lawsuits, official letters, etc.) Constant updating of the status of each case Basic review of documents prior to submission Printing, scanning, and digitization of legal documents. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate Less than 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 18 and 45 years Knowledge: Change management, Digitization, Shipping, Printing, File organization, Review
