A 100% Mexican, family-owned company in the metalworking sector is seeking a Workshop Manager or Production Supervisor: **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, manage, and plan personnel activities. * Supervise that all workshop activities comply with occupational safety regulations to prevent accidents and damage to personnel and equipment. * Collaborate with the Production and Human Resources departments to propose technician work schedules and breaks, ensuring adequate staffing to maintain production. * Control materials to ensure availability of equipment, tools, and facilities meeting established safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining them in optimal condition. * Verify work order quantities to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective mechanisms. * Supervise equipment inspection and testing to ensure proper functionality before use. * Request installation, repair, and/or maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues. \* **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in production areas related to painting, screen printing, cutting, sanding, etc. (preferred). Personnel management (more than 20 people). Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (in progress or completed).
