**Job Description** We are seeking a **Crew Assistant** to support installation and maintenance work on Huawei projects. This role involves working at heights, using tools, and uploading evidence to ISDP. **Responsibilities** * Assist Crew Leader with installations, equipment swaps, and maintenance. * Work at heights (antennas, radios, structures). * Prepare materials and tools. * Upload evidence to **Huawei ISDP** (preferred). * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Travel within the region. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in telecommunications or working at heights. * Basic knowledge of antenna or fiber installation. * Basic tool handling skills. * **DC3 Working at Heights certification** (mandatory). * Willingness to travel and stay overnight. **We Offer** * **$12,000 net + $1,500 monthly bonus** * Biweekly payment * **$700 daily per diem** * Statutory benefits * Tools, equipment, and PPE * Opportunity for advancement to Technician or Crew Leader Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On the road
