Join our team and be part of our company’s growth:* **Operational Assistant (GPS Installer)** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Installation, retrieval, and handling of GPS devices in the field. * Inspection and functional testing of equipment. * Inventory control and device tracking. * Shipping and receiving of equipment via courier services. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * **No experience required.** * Personal transportation. * Valid driver’s license. * Military service card or pre-card desirable but not mandatory. * Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday). * Interest in technical-operational work and being on the move. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude. **WE OFFER** * Base monthly net salary: $10,000. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,100. * Fuel card support: $1,500 (adjusted according to need). * Minor medical expense insurance. * Statutory benefits from day one (Social Security, 15-day Christmas bonus, vacation premium, 12 days of vacation, maternity or paternity leave). * Company-provided mobile phone for work purposes. * Personal protective equipment provided by the company. * Direct employment with the company. **Guadalajara, Jalisco.** **Flexible schedule:** Monday to Saturday.
