We are looking to add to our team a: Training Specialist **Position Objective** The main objective is to design, execute, and evaluate training programs and onboarding processes that ensure effective integration, continuous development, and cultural alignment of employees, strengthening key competencies to promote well-being, experience, and organizational purpose. **What will you do?** * Responsible for driving our culture of continuous learning through the following actions: * Design and implement the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive experience aligned with our culture. * Coordinate and follow up on technical, soft skills, and organizational culture trainings. * Create engaging training content, materials, and resources (manuals, presentations, videos, quizzes, etc.). * **:** Administer LMS (Learning Management System) platforms, monitoring user participation and progress. * Collaborate with internal leaders and experts to identify training needs and propose educational solutions. * Measure program effectiveness (Kirkpatrick model), ensure compliance with mandatory trainings (including STPS requirements), and document processes, results, and KPIs. * Design and implement internal academies or development paths, and actively promote self-development initiatives. * Follow up on training requirements and action plans arising from disciplinary processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Communication, Administration, or related field. * \+3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or onboarding. * Previous experience in startups or companies with a strong focus on well-being and organizational culture is desirable. **Technical Skills:** * Instructional design and training material development. * Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle, Learnifier, Crehana, etc.). * Authoring tools (Canva, Genially, PowerPoint, etc.). * Learning and development assessment. * Excel and Google tools (Drive, Forms, Sheets). * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and gamification (desirable). * Languages: Intermediate-advanced English. **Soft Skills:** * Clear and empathetic communication, active listening. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Service and people orientation. * Creativity in designing learning experiences. * Adaptability. **Hard Skills:** * Training material design. * Facilitation of virtual and in-person sessions. * Learning data analysis. * Educational project management. ### **Benefits waiting for you:** * Direct hiring by the company, 100% payroll scheme * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Multigym membership (TP5\) granting access to over 5,000 gyms. * Grocery vouchers * 15 vacation days starting from the first year * 5 additional rest days * Birthday Day Off * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Semi-annual performance bonus * Discounts with partners * Payroll advance platform * Hybrid work arrangement (Office at Capital Reforma, in front of the Mexican Stock Exchange) **We already want to meet you—apply for the position here, and if there’s a match, we’ll contact you for an initial screening.** **Dare to experience being part of the Totalpass Team!**
