




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic trainer to design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, collaborating with leaders to support the continuous development of staff. Key Highlights: 1. Design and facilitation of in-person and virtual training. 2. Collaboration in staff development. 3. Innovative strategies for continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: * Design and update training materials aligned with business needs. * Facilitate training sessions for small and large groups, both in-person and virtually. * Evaluate training program effectiveness using performance indicators. * Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities for improving staff development. * Implement innovative strategies that foster continuous learning. Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 2 years as a trainer in both in-person and virtual environments. Technical Knowledge: * Instructional design and content creation using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. * Proficiency with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.). Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Creativity and dynamism in facilitating sessions. * Ability to adapt content in response to updates or organizational changes. * Experience in training needs assessment (TNA). Desirable: * Prior experience in sales or customer service areas. We Offer: * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekends off * Base salary of $12,000 gross per month * Punctuality bonus: $300 * Attendance bonus: $300 * Statutory benefits * Paid training
