In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating key projects to ensure their success. **Requirements:** Engineering or bachelor’s degree in a field related to information technologies. **Minimum 5 years of professional experience in this role (Mandatory)** **Experience in the Insurance Sector: Life Insurance, GMM (Major Medical Expenses), Property & Casualty, Auto, Civil Liability, etc. (Mandatory)** **Portfolio Management Experience: 8 to 12 years (Mandatory)** **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and manage the capacity of the Managed Cell comprising approximately 10 or 11 Project Managers. Supervise team performance and project health (schedule, cost, quality). Identify dependencies and resolve conflicts. Resolve and escalate outstanding issues. Identify and mitigate risks affecting the portfolio. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement contingency plans and corrective actions.
