Design career development plans and leadership programs **Organizational Development Manager** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's Degree in Psychology · **Must reside in the northern zone of CDMX or the northern zone of the State of Mexico** · 5 years of experience **Main Responsibilities:** * Climate and culture diagnostics: Conduct periodic assessments to identify communication issues, lack of motivation, or internal conflicts. * Change management: Act as a facilitator during organizational transformations (e.g., mergers, new technologies, or restructuring), supporting leaders and employees through transitions. * Career and succession planning: Identify high-potential employees (HiPo) and create pathways for their growth within the organization. * Performance evaluation: Implement methodologies (e.g., 360° evaluations or Nine Box) to measure performance and ensure alignment between individual and organizational goals. * Leadership development: Design training programs for executives focusing on skills such as coaching, empathy, and decision-making. * Knowledge and application of NOM-035 and NOM-030 **We Offer:** · Statutory benefits · Base salary of $40,000\.00 per month · Vacation days as stipulated by law · Savings fund **Work Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–13:00** Salary: Up to $40,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
