




Position Summary: Financiera Independencia seeks an Organizational Development Analyst to design and monitor projects that positively impact leadership and productivity among Grupo FINDEP employees. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement leadership and change management programs. 2. Develop soft skills training courses. 3. Evaluate, analyze, and monitor the organizational climate survey. Therefore, we seek committed, honest employees eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as **Organizational Development Analyst.** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Design and monitor projects that positively impact business strategy—specifically leadership and employee productivity within Grupo FINDEP. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Design, implement, and monitor leadership and change management programs. Develop soft skills training courses. Monitor strategic projects that strengthen group employees’ capabilities. Identify vendors according to departmental project requirements. Evaluate, analyze, and monitor the organizational climate survey. **Theoretical\-Technical Knowledge:** Google Workspace, Canva, Genially, Moodle, Excel (basic) Academic Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree (100% credits, degree certificate or professional license) in related fields. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** Gross monthly salary: $15,000 GROSS Statutory benefits Life insurance Work Location / Santa Fe, hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Working Hours / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
