




Position Summary: We are seeking a Change Management Instructor with experience delivering training courses and expertise in change management models to train groups of people. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver theoretical-practical training in Change Management. 2. Foster active participation and address attendees' questions. 3. Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner. Change Management Instructor **Requirements**: \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields. \* Experience delivering Change Management training courses within organizations. \* Availability to deliver the Strategic Change Management course, lasting 16 hours (8 Thursdays). \* Availability to deliver the course remotely. \* Preferred: Completion of a diploma or certification program in Strategic Change Management. \* Proficiency in change management topics, change management models, managing resistance to change, impact measurement, etc. **Experience**: \* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Organizational Trainer, Instructor, or Facilitator. \* Excellent communication and group facilitation skills. **Responsibilities**: \* Review the material provided in advance. \* Deliver theoretical-practical training to a group of participants. \* Record participant attendance. \* Encourage active participation through analytical exercises, reflections, or interactive activities aligned with course objectives. \* Address questions arising from the topics covered. \* Administer relevant assessments to verify achievement of course objectives. **Skills and/or Competencies**: \* Strong verbal communication skills. \* Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner. \* Experience managing diverse groups. \* Service-oriented attitude. \* High level of responsibility and adaptability. \* Frustration tolerance. \* Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
