Excellent work environment **Human Talent Analyst / Organizational Development** At **STRATIMEX**, we are looking for a **Human Talent Analyst** with a focus on **Organizational Development**, who wishes to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and strengthening of our organizational culture. **What will be your impact?** You will be a key player in talent attraction, management, and development, actively participating in recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development strategies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (operational and administrative). * Posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates. * Hiring process and personnel file integration. * Onboarding of new employees. * Personnel movement control (hires, terminations, transfers). * Organization of internal events and organizational culture activities. * Implementation of performance evaluations and workplace climate monitoring. * Support in training and development programs. * Administrative HR process follow-up (IMSS, benefits, etc.). **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in recruitment (digital, field, and mass). **Technical Knowledge:** * NOM-035 (psychosocial risk factors). * ISO 9001 (quality management). * IMSS (affiliation movements, basic SUA). * LFT (Federal Labor Law). * Proficiency in job boards and recruitment tools. **Key Skills:** Organization, effective communication, analysis, proactivity, results orientation, and negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $14,000 to $16,000 (based on experience).** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment. **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
