Implement Human Resources policies and procedures Human Resources Coordinator Main Responsibilities **Design and implement talent recruitment and attraction strategies.** Post job openings on job boards and professional networks. **Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and initial assessments.** Coordinate technical interviews with department leaders. **Manage the hiring process and onboarding of new employees.** Maintain personnel files and contractual documentation. **Implement Human Resources policies and procedures.** Monitor turnover, vacancy coverage, and organizational climate indicators. **Ensure compliance with current labor regulations.** Maintain records of employee tenure and personnel incidents. Candidate Profile Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: **4 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and administrative HR management. Technical Knowledge:** Competency-based interviews. **Proficiency in job boards and LinkedIn.** Basic labor legislation (Federal Labor Law). **HR KPI management.
