A charismatic, decisive, and strategic leader who will become the right hand of the General Management. Someone capable of positively influencing an organizational culture resistant to change, earning the respect of long-tenured teams while promoting order, professionalism, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design and implement human resources policies and processes. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor legislation. Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and disciplinary cases. Serve as the first point of conflict resolution before escalation to General Management. Co\-facilitate organizational change and corporate culture programs. Act as a charismatic mediator in situations of resistance. Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in medium-sized or family-owned companies undergoing professionalization. Charisma, natural authority, and independent judgment. Emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills. Ability to document and firmly apply consequences. Absolute confidentiality. Working Hours Monday to Friday: Option A: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Occasional afternoon availability required for critical pending matters. *Benefits* Statutory benefits. Life insurance.
