Organizational development and workplace climate **INTEGRATED HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** Lead the integrated Human Resources function, ensuring legal compliance, labor stability, payroll and tax control, as well as strengthening organizational climate and internal process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** Labor relations and union management Negotiation and follow-up of collective bargaining agreements Payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax administration Management of benefits and compensation Organizational development and workplace climate Implementation of KPIs and improvement of HR processes Internal client service and alignment with operational areas **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field \+8 years of experience in HR **Strong experience in:** Unions Payroll and taxes Organizational climate Desirable experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail **Competencies** Leadership and decision-making Negotiation and conflict management Results-oriented mindset Strategic thinking **Offer** Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 gross monthly Statutory benefits Job stability and professional development Salary: $45,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Work location: On-site employment
