




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle—from remote recruitment through administration, payroll, and labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes communication and organizational development **Technical Knowledge:** · Remote recruitment and selection of operational staff · Hiring and administration of remote personnel · Preparation and control of payroll preparation (weekly and biweekly) · Employee registration, termination, and salary modifications with the IMSS · Federal Labor Law · Attendance incident tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities) · Management of digital personnel files · Attendance tracking platforms (e.g., Clockify, operational apps) · Intermediate Excel (databases, personnel tracking) **Work Experience:** · Minimum 3 years in Recruitment and Selection roles · Experience operating with external or distributed personnel · Experience in payroll and IMSS administration **Soft Skills:** · Operational organization and control · High sense of responsibility · Clear communication and consistent follow-up · Problem-solving ability · Results-oriented mindset · Handling of confidential information · Ability to work under pressure **Responsibilities** **Recruitment and Selection (Primary Focus):** · Execute remote recruitment and selection processes for operational staff across various locations nationwide. · Post job vacancies, screen candidates, and coordinate remote interviews. · Verify employment references and administer psychometric assessments. · Ensure timely vacancy coverage aligned with operational needs. **Hiring and Personnel Administration:** · Manage remote hiring processes (document transmission, signing, and archiving). · Compile and maintain up-to-date digital personnel files. · Coordinate onboarding and follow-up for new hires. **Payroll Preparation and Incident Tracking:** · Prepare and validate weekly (operational staff) and biweekly (administrative staff) payroll preparations. · Consolidate attendance incidents: attendance records, absences, tardiness, vacations, and disabilities. · Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely payments. **IMSS and Labor Compliance:** · Manage employee registration, termination, and salary modifications with the IMSS. · Monitor disabilities, workplace risks, and related documentation. **Administrative Human Capital Control:** · Administer personnel databases. · Maintain updated contract and validity records. · Support implementation and monitoring of internal policies. **Labor Relations:** · Address labor incidents and follow up with respective departments. · Assist in drafting administrative minutes. · Serve as liaison between employees and the company. **Organizational Development:** · Support implementation of performance evaluations for executive staff. · Follow up on performance evaluations for operational staff. · Participate in implementing internal programs (training, workplace climate, etc.). **Compliance and Control:** · Ensure correct application of internal policies. Maintain order and confidentiality of personnel information.
