We are currently seeking: **CHANGE MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Training)** **Position Objective:** Support the organization’s transition from current SAP to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring users understand, embrace, and adopt new processes, implemented technology, and work models designed during the company’s digital transformation. This role is critical in minimizing resistance to change, reducing operational risks, and ensuring the digital transformation delivers tangible business benefits and brand evolution. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Experience implementing change management for at least one project. * Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and e-learning platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Implement change management strategies under the ADKAR model in transformation projects, ensuring adoption and sustainability of initiatives. * Lead customized training programs for plant and CEDIS employees, improving understanding and adoption of new processes and technologies. * Support sponsors, leaders, and middle management by providing leadership, communication, and influence tools. * Manage resistance to change through targeted interventions, team follow-up, and execution of adoption actions. * Develop and execute effective organizational communication plans to promote adoption of changes and improvements across the company. **We Offer:** · Base salary: $22,000 to $23,000 gross monthly (based on experience) · Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance, Life Insurance, Savings Fund, Savings Box, Grocery Vouchers). · Subsidized cafeteria. · Parking.
