Position:**Optical Boutique Manager \| Premium Experience** Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results in optical and luxury products. * Deliver personalized, high-end experiences to demanding customers. * Oversee inventory, cash handling, purchase orders, and administrative reporting. * Implement commercial strategies and ensure the boutique maintains its correct brand image and operational standards. * Train staff in premium customer service and specialized sales techniques. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree. * Proven experience as a manager in optical boutiques, luxury retail, jewelry stores, or premium brands. * Focus on sales, customer service, and team leadership. * Experience managing inventory and administrative processes. * Availability to work onsite in Bosque de las Lomas, CDMX.
