Position Summary: We are seeking an Instructional Design Analyst to deliver training sessions, write instructional scripts, and support content updates and pedagogical guidance. Key Highlights: 1. In Mexico, we operate through the Lux Optics and Más Visión chains. We are currently seeking an Instructional Design Analyst for our Training and Development team. Job Responsibilities: * Delivery of e-learning and in-person training sessions * Writing of instructional scripts for developing teaching materials (videos, infographics, etc.) * Support in updating content * Pedagogical support for students * Logistics support for courses Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Education * Minimum 1 year of experience in training, writing instructional scripts for courses and study programs, adapting academic content, and providing pedagogical support * Proficiency with authoring tools (Genially, Canva, H5P, etc.) * Strong spelling and writing skills * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM * Work location: Arenal neighborhood, Azcapotzalco.
