Job Summary: We are seeking a Fiber Optic Installation and Maintenance Assistant with experience working at heights to perform field installation and removal activities. Key Highlights: 1. Initial training and free uniforms **Fiber Optic Installation and Maintenance Assistant** **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree in Electricity, Telecommunications, or related field; or verifiable experience as a fiber optic service and maintenance technician. **Knowledge:** Electricity, basic-level fiber optics, height safety. **General Job Objective.** Perform cleanup activities, removal of service drops from poles and walls, closure of junction boxes, arranging and tensioning at height, removal of splice closures, cable removal, and organization of service drops. **Experience:** Working at heights, use of height safety equipment, handling hand tools, and fieldwork. **Responsibilities:** * 2 daily maintenance tasks * Maintain a fully detailed activity log for verification purposes. * Proper care of tools and company assets. **Requirements:** · Ability to drive a car · Valid driver's license **Benefits:** · Statutory benefits · Employment type: Full-time, on-site · Salary: $12,000\.00 per month · Training (including food and transportation support during training) **Competencies:** * Organized * Clear communication * Teamwork * Responsible **Employment type:** Full-time **Work location:** On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
