Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to assist in ascending and descending microwave towers, supporting the installation, adjustment, and dismantling of antennas and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Assist the technician or crew leader during ascent and descent of microwave towers (up to 80 m). * Support the installation, adjustment, and dismantling of antennas, radios, and transmission equipment. * Prepare, hoist, and lower tools, materials, and equipment using pulleys or lifting systems. * Verify that tools are in good condition before commencing work. * Assist in laying, securing, and fastening cabling (fiber optic, coaxial, waveguides). * Install trays, fittings, supports, and anchors according to technical specifications. * Properly use personal protective equipment (harness, helmet, lifeline, shock absorber, gloves, etc.). * Comply with height-work protocols and industrial safety standards.
