




Job Summary: Deliver induction, training, and specialized training courses; manage staff incidents and attendance; and design teaching materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and updating of teaching materials 2. Coordination and support in special activities 3. Comprehensive management of newly hired personnel ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver induction and training courses for newly hired personnel, as well as specialized training aligned with company needs. * Manage staff incidents and attendance, including disability tracking, vacation management, and monthly reporting. * Apply and assess learning evidence, providing feedback to participants to ensure achievement of training objectives. * Design and update teaching materials and training methodologies, ensuring content alignment with organizational policies and processes. * Coordinate with various SECORSE departments to deliver additional requested courses and support special activities. * Administer and monitor newly hired personnel, ensuring their proper integration and ongoing support throughout the training process. ### **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$12,000** * Statutory benefits from day one * Annual productivity bonus * ️ Starting at 90 days: enhanced benefits (food allowance, life insurance, major medical expenses coverage) * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 hrs; Friday: 8:00–16:00 hrs; Rotating Saturday shifts: 8:00–15:30 hrs or 12:30–20:00 hrs ### **Location:** Tlalnepantla de Baz (Centrum Park) ### **✅ Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience managing groups * Experience delivering corporate and large-scale trainings (Contact Center) * Experience using performance metrics
