Proficiency in computer use is essential. OBJECTIVE: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and carry out painting, finishing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. **Desirable: Knowledge of Electromechanics** Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, verifiable. Knowledge of maintenance, electricity, and general masonry. Flexible availability of working hours. Possession of Letters of Recommendation and verifiable professional references \*VERIFIABLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Preventive maintenance (general restrooms, lamp inspections, painting, ceilings, lighting). 2\. Building preventive maintenance (roofs, office floors, chairs, exterior protective mesh). 3\. Electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, motion sensors, electrical wiring). 4\. Masonry work (finishing, floor replacements, wall and ceiling repairs). 5\. Furniture relocation. 6\. Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity. 7\. Painting, patching, welding, and tool usage.
