Main Responsibilities * Manage and process domestic and international purchase orders * Negotiate with suppliers (pricing, timelines, commercial terms) * Track orders and ensure on-time delivery compliance * Analyze inventory requirements jointly with sales * Consolidate procurement requirements (especially imports) * Conduct price comparisons and supplier evaluations * Coordinate import processes (logistics, customs clearance, tracking) * Manage relationships with customs agencies and fiscal warehouses * Ensure compliance with regulations (tariffs, taxes) * Resolve stock shortages promptly to prevent lost sales * Optimize costs and lead times across the supply chain Profile Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration * International Trade * Engineering (related field) Experience * Minimum **7 years in procurement** * Experience in: * Domestic and international procurement * Imports and exports * International trade * Customs agencies * Inventory management * Fiscal warehouses Languages * **Full bilingual English proficiency (mandatory)** Technical Knowledge * Taxes applicable to imports * Tariffs and international trade regulations * Cost structure * International logistics * Supplier evaluation and development Key Competencies * Effective negotiation * Planning and organization * Numerical and financial analysis * Results orientation * Sense of urgency * Problem solving * Initiative * Effective communication Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
