




Job Objective: Provide comprehensive administrative support directly at the client's facilities, ensuring control, tracking, and proper management of administrative information related to Civil Protection services, serving as the operational liaison between the client and the company. Key Responsibilities: Administer and control the administrative documentation for Civil Protection services. Track contracts, service orders, reports, and files. Manage schedules, service calendars, training sessions, and technical visits. Prepare administrative reports, databases, and internal controls. Follow up on invoicing, purchase requisitions, and validation of services rendered. Address client administrative requests related to the services. Coordinate communication between the client and the company’s internal departments. Safeguard and update information in accordance with internal guidelines and client requirements. Requirements: Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or on-site implementation (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel skills). Excellent organizational, tracking, and detail-oriented skills. Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities. Ability to work autonomously at external locations.
