**Traffic Supervisor**
**Education**
Completed bachelor's degree or current candidate in International Trade, Logistics, or Transportation.
Engineering: Automotive Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge**
Oral and written communication, logistics regulations, cargo handling, operational optimization, talent management and development, route design models, transportation systems, distribution centers, distribution logistics, outsourcing of logistics services, reverse logistics, distribution strategy.

Age: 30–50 years old.
Experience: 3–5 years as a traffic supervisor in courier and parcel companies.

**Responsibilities**:
· Oversight of Operational Staff (Staff training, interviews with operational staff, verifying that drivers hold appropriate license types for assigned vehicles and ensuring license renewals)
· Training of Direct Reports: (Safety and hygiene, procedures in case of accidents, use of information and communication technologies, federal and state traffic laws and regulations)
· Identification of risk factors (by vehicle operator, product, or customer)
· Daily route-based delivery recordkeeping
· Preparation of waybills
· Verification that staff wear company uniforms
· Verification that staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
· Supervision of material loading
· Identification and verification of materials carried on each route
· Route monitoring via telephone
· Verification that scheduled routes are executed according to plan
· Receipt of end-of-day routes with possible return materials
· Identification of incidents and validation of supporting evidence
· Verification that vehicles contain no materials at the end of each route
· Verification that vehicles are clean and free of trash at the end of each route
· Verification of operational staff attendance
· Daily control and recordkeeping of loaned equipment (hand trucks, slings, vests, handheld devices, tools, etc.)
· Service to internal and external customers
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $14,000.00 per month
