Experience: 3–5 years in Supply Chain roles, preferably in demand planning. **EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**: * Experience in demand planning (forecasting). * Statistical analysis and handling of historical sales data. * Knowledge of forecasting models, trend analysis, seasonality, and market behavior. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); experience with planning systems such as SAP APO, IBP, JDA, or RELEX is desirable. * Understanding of S\&OP (Sales \& Operations Planning) processes and collaboration with commercial, marketing, and supply chain departments. * Ability to analyze key metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, and inventory levels. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Generate and maintain up-to-date demand forecasts (forecast) at SKU, channel, or regional level. * Analyze historical sales data, trends, seasonality, and business variables to improve forecast accuracy. * Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and supply departments to incorporate market inputs into planning. * Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, and deviations versus actual demand. * Identify demand risks and opportunities; continuously improve forecasting models and processes. **SUCCESS STORIES BEGIN HERE**!
