This role is critical to ensuring an enjoyable customer experience and contributing to the restaurant’s sales growth. **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service to customers during their visit. * Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct understanding of requests. * Recommend and promote menu items (main courses, beverages, and desserts) to boost sales. * Serve food and beverages according to established quality and presentation standards. * Process bill payments accurately and responsibly. * Maintain tables and work areas clean and organized. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service. * Comply with restaurant hygiene, safety, and procedural standards. **Requirements:** * Prior customer service or restaurant industry experience (preferred). * Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. * Teamwork skills. * Interest in sales and basic menu knowledge.
