If you seek an environment that values your professionalism, promotes continuous improvement, and offers stability, this is the ideal place for your professional development. **Your Purpose in the Organization** As a Quality Inspector, your primary objective will be to verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) across our various operational areas. You will serve as the guarantor that manufactured products strictly meet quality, safety, functionality, and current regulatory requirements. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Verify conformity assessment of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, ensuring they match the current manufacturing order. * Issue line clearance authorizations across different plant processes to ensure Good Practices are followed at each stage. * Conduct sampling and analysis of incoming raw materials and products, generating timely approval reports or corresponding supplier claims. * Perform review and release of labels and printed packaging materials, verifying that information complies with specifications and regulatory records. * Actively participate in investigation and follow-up of CAPA plans, deviations, complaints, returns, and change controls. * Serve as part of the audit team, participating in first-, second-, and third-party audits to ensure correct implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure measurement equipment and instruments have valid registration and calibration. * Manage and safeguard the integrity of retention and sterility samples, enabling immediate response to any investigation. **The Profile We Seek** * **Academic Background:** Interns or graduates (preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical-biological fields, such as Biotechnology Engineering, Pharmacist-Biochemist (QBP), Food Chemist-Biochemist (QFB), Industrial Biologist (IBQ), Food Chemist-Industrialist (QFI), Biology, or related disciplines. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable and mandatory experience working as a Quality Inspector, Production Supervisor, or in Process Control. Practical experience in inspection and sampling, preparation of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), internal audits, and handling complaints or returns is required. * **Technical Knowledge:** Root cause investigation experience, CAPA plan management, deviation handling, and change control are essential. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Strongly valued are competencies in ANSI sampling tables, Quality Management Systems, Risk Management, and statistical tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Eight Disciplines, FMEA).
