Job Description: At **Farmacia Real San Mateo**, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Pharmacy Assistant** to join our growing team. **Requirements** * Must have an **RFC**. * Prior experience in customer service or the pharmaceutical field is desirable. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Must reside in **San Mateo Atenco** or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Friendly and personalized customer service. * Arranging and organizing medications and products. * Receiving, inspecting, and entering medications and products into the system. * Cleaning and maintaining the work area. * Selling and providing basic guidance on over-the-counter medications. * Inventory management and expiration date control. * Operating the cash register, handling cash payments, and using the bank terminal. **Skills and Competencies** * Basic computer skills and proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Responsibility and professional ethics. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy. * Proactivity, creativity, and willingness to learn. * Excellent customer interaction and positive attitude. **We Offer** * Integration into a **stable and growing team**. * **Positive work environment.** * **Continuous training.** * **Competitive salary** (to be discussed during the interview). * Opportunity for career development within the company.
