




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed baker to prepare bread and pastries, ensure production quality, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products following recipes and quality standards.** ** Prepare and measure ingredients—such as flour, yeast, sugar, and other supplies—according to recipes.** ** Ensure daily production targets are met according to required planning.** ** Monitor inventory of ingredients and bakery products, reporting any replenishment needs.** ** Ensure quality throughout the production and baking process for each product.** ** Apply good manufacturing practices and adhere to established product quality standards.** ** Guarantee correct usage and proper functioning of bakery equipment.** ** Maintain communication with team members via WhatsApp groups.** REQUIREMENTS: ** Willingness to follow procedures, policies, and manuals.** ** Proactive, committed, honest, and responsible.** ** Proficiency in operating ovens and general bakery equipment.** ** Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position.** WE OFFER: ** Base NET salary (paid biweekly).** ** Statutory benefits (Sunday premium, vacation pay, year-end bonus).** SCHEDULE: **WEEKENDS** **SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OR** **FRIDAY TO SUNDAY** ** FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY.** LOCATION: LA MAGDALENA CONTRERAS AREA (SAN JERONIMO / SAN BERNABÉ) Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $8,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
