This involves resolving passenger incidents at destinations, requiring a combination of strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills. **What Do You Need to Join Us?** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (completed or recent graduate). * Customer service experience: 6 months (preferred). * Excellent skills: verbal and written communication, good spelling and writing, resilience, organization, time management, and teamwork. * Availability to work during the specified schedule. **What Are the Job Responsibilities?** * Answer phone calls and emails. * Provide clear responses. * Timely follow-up on each case until resolution. * Manage received inquiries and requests. * Record and document all cases. * Coordinate with other departments to expedite solutions. * Participate in internal training sessions and feedback meetings. * Develop action plans for conflict resolution. * Follow up on passenger complaints during or after their trip. * Record follow-up actions and resolutions for each issue in the database. **What Do We Offer?** * Monthly net salary of $10,500 (100% payroll). * Monthly bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training for your professional development. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. * A dynamic and pleasant work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
