Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong numerical aptitude and advanced Excel skills to manage pricing, inventory, and circular information for the sales force. Key Responsibilities: 1. Validate and manage Telcel price lists against internal systems. 2. Design templates for bulk price uploads. 3. Generate stock, inventory, and sales reports by channel and branch. 4. Draft and distribute circulars to the sales force. 5. Analyze procurement-to-sales process incidents and identify root causes. **AG COM México — Authorized Telcel Distributor** **We seek someone with strong numerical acuity, intermediate Excel proficiency, and the ability to ensure accurate, error-free flow of pricing, inventory, and circular information across the entire sales force.** WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Validate and manage Telcel price lists against internal systems. * Design templates for bulk price uploads. * Generate stock, inventory, and sales reports by channel and branch. * Draft and send circulars to the sales force. * Analyze incidents in the procurement-to-sales process and identify root causes. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Intermediate Excel skills — mandatory (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, data validation). * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, or back-office functions. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
