Opportunity for professional development **Join our team!** We are looking for committed, analytical individuals with a strong sense of responsibility to join our Finance Department as a **Payroll Analyst**. The primary objective of this position is to execute and monitor the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and payroll incidents, as well as compliance with current labor and tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process payroll on a periodic basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Validate payroll incidents: absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, and personnel movements. * Calculate severance payments, settlements, and payroll adjustments. * Manage employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other agencies. * Monitor taxes, employer-employee contributions, and benefits. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Generate payroll reports and reconciliations for internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal provisions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience as a Payroll Analyst. * Knowledge of **Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and SUA**. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience with payroll systems is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Confidentiality * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for professional development Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Apply through this channel** and become part of our team!
