POSITION: Maintenance Coordinator POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of our nationwide branches through external maintenance providers and internal work crews, maintaining a healthy relationship by assigning work orders, receiving evidence and reports of completed work, and managing corresponding payments in a timely and proper manner.
