**POSITION:** Maintenance Technician **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Carry out necessary maintenance work to preserve the company's branches, using materials and tools correctly, to ensure overall store functionality and aesthetics. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform work in finishing, drywall, electrical installations, plumbing, sanitary systems, metalwork, masonry, waterproofing, painting, etc. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in stores to improve aesthetics and functionality for customers. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 24 years old * Experience: 1–3 years as a specialized technician in drywall, electricity, finishing, masonry, or plumbing. * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Availability to travel and/or work flexible hours. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishing, electricity, plumbing, sanitary systems, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing—or expertise in some of these areas. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** 6 weeks on the road, night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Sunday; upon returning from the road, 6 days of paid rest are granted.
