Job Summary: Universo de Fragancias S.A. de C.V. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage personnel administration, recruitment, and payroll preparation processes, as well as provide support in various administrative and corporate activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel administration and documentation 2. Participation in recruitment, selection, and performance evaluations 3. Coordination of internal announcements and support for corporate events **Universo de Fragancias S.A. de C.V. is seeking an HR Generalist in Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources departments * Experience in incident tracking and payroll preparation * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and HR administrative procedures * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff **Responsibilities:** * Administration and tracking of personnel incidents * Management of employee files and documentation * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Managing personnel onboarding and offboarding in internal systems and attendance control platforms * Preparation and follow-up of payroll preparation * Implementation of performance evaluations and onboarding processes for new hires * Coordination and distribution of internal announcements * Management and tracking of monthly commissions and travel allowances * Supervision of cleaning staff and support in reception and corporate event activities * Preparation and submission of administrative and statistical reports (INEGI and financial statements) **Benefits:** * Salary: $15,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM * Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaler *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0e1022390000320071d6d0\&source\=indeed*
