We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual who contributes to maintaining order and ensuring smooth internal material flow and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES * Package reception and registration. * Verification and control of deliveries. * Sample organization and inventory management. * Physical arrangement and classification of products. * Distribution and control of samples to content creators. * Tracking of product inflows and outflows. * Support in procurement management and follow-up. * Reception of visitors and suppliers. * Support in basic administrative tasks. * General support to various departments as needed. PROFILE WE SEEK: * Organized individual with strong attention to detail. * Responsible and punctual. * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to assist. * Ability to work within established processes. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Professional appearance. * Ability to follow up on pending tasks. * Prior experience in inventory control or administrative procurement is desirable.
