Monitor key indicators such as Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and MP compliance. ### **Job Objective** Ensure proper planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to guarantee equipment availability and operational continuity through indicator tracking and work order control in the ERP system. ### **What You’ll Do in This Role?** * Plan and monitor the daily and weekly maintenance program * Administer the preventive maintenance plan in ERP (Oracle preferred) * Monitor key indicators: **Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and MP compliance** * Manage work orders (creation, tracking, and closure) * Control backlog and prioritize activities based on criticality * Coordinate maintenance windows with production * Track TIF cards under TPM methodology * Validate resources, spare parts, and tools prior to job execution * Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements * Report operational status, risks, and deviations ### **Candidate Profile We’re Seeking** Location: Atizapán, State of Mexico Area: Maintenance **Education:** Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field **Experience:** 3–5 years in maintenance planning within industry (preferably injection, extrusion, or continuous manufacturing) **Key Knowledge:** * Maintenance planning and scheduling * ERP system proficiency (Oracle preferred) * Indicator analysis (MTTR, MTBF, Downtime) * TPM methodology and TIF card management * Organization, prioritization, and results orientation ### **Working Conditions** * Hybrid work (office and plant) * Constant interaction with production * Availability to address operational deviations * Exposure to plant conditions (noise, temperature, dust) * Mandatory use of PPE ### **What We Offer?** * Job stability * Professional development * Statutory and above-statutory benefits
