




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, spare parts management, and analysis of key performance indicators. Analysis of key performance indicators and continuous improvement Join the AMCOR team! **Requirements:** * Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or related engineering degree. * Experience: 3 years in similar positions. * Preferably experience in maintenance within the plastics industry. * SAP knowledge. * Experience managing personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for the area, ensuring resources are available to carry out preventive maintenance. * Lead and execute corrective maintenance as required, considering all available resources to ensure effective maintenance. * Lead key training initiatives jointly with the Human Resources department. * Lead spare parts procurement based on major equipment failures and according to preventive maintenance tasks loaded into the system. * Lead mold maintenance and spare parts management. * Analyze key performance indicators for the area to develop action plans. * Develop preventive maintenance intervention procedures per machine and per activity. * Conduct machinery risk analyses and deviation corrections for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). **We Offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Friday on a mixed shift. * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
