Important Quality Manager position at Zion & Ebenezer Technologies We are seeking a highly qualified professional for the role of Quality Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading the quality team, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing all quality control activities. You will establish and maintain quality standards, implement continuous improvement processes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between production, development, and customer teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Responsibilities: * Preparation, management, and maintenance of PPAP first-article approval documentation. * Customer project handling and follow-up. * Ensure compliance with KPIs established by the QMS. * Interpretation of customer drawings and internal developments. * Participation in first, second, and third-party audits. * Resolution of non-conformities with customers and suppliers as applicable. * Disseminate first-article approvals and/or projects to all involved departments. * Participate in solving internal and/or external issues using quality tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.). * Provide feedback to the cross-functional team. * Carefully evaluate suppliers to determine their ability to deliver quality products or services according to customer specifications and organizational requirements. * Maintain supplier relationships; must establish and maintain effective relationships with selected suppliers. * Improve supplier performance; must work with suppliers to enhance their performance through training, feedback, implementation of best practices, or identification of improvement opportunities.
