Work with established reporting tools and contribute to documentation **Position Summary** This position reports to the Business Intelligence department and is responsible to maintain all recurring reporting and analytics necessary for Pre\-Arrival operations. Responsibilities also include the delivery of ad\-hoc reporting, including the extraction, design, development, testing, and documentation of the data. This position will be required to present results and recommendations to management and clients in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. The analyst will work closely with senior analysts and management to learn reporting processes, understand business needs, and develop analytical skills over time. **Essential Functions** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Use Microsoft Excel and existing reporting tools to prepare reports for management and Accounting * Supports the daily maintenance of existing reports to ensure accurate results and timely delivery. * Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendations * Validate all reporting for 100% accuracy is critical for success * Prioritize and manage multiple reports and tasks to meet deadlines, seek guidance from management as needed to clarify assignments or requests * Works with management and senior team members to define and document additional requirements to enrich reporting capabilities * Follow documented reporting procedures and contribute to keeping documentation current * Attention to detail, delivering timely and accurate reporting deliverables are keys to success in the role **Other Duties** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload. **Required Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent work experience * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, basic PivotTables, and data organization * Exposure to SQL and Tableau development is a plus. * Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to follow established processes and documentation * Excellent organizational, multi\-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Self\-starter with proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all project and requests. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management * Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Bilingual (English – Spanish) **Additional Skills (Nice to Have)** * Exposure to SQL or interest in learning SQL for reporting purposes * Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools * Basic experience or interest in Python scripting or automation Exposure to Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, or VBA
