Job Summary: Británico Funerary Services is seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead and train a sales team, manage KPIs, achieve targets, open new sales points, and plan work activities. Manage KPIs and achieve targets Británico Funerary Services, a company with over 40 years of experience in the industry, is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, industry sector not specified * Experience leading a sales team of 5 to 7 advisors * Coaching and training skills * Proficiency in KPI management * Track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Experience opening new sales points * Weekly work planning capability * Conduct cambaceo field visits We Offer: * Base monthly salary * Uncapped bonus scheme * 6% commission on personal sales * Productivity bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM Interested candidates should apply through this channel — we will contact you as soon as possible.
