What profile are we looking for? * **MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CAFETERIA INDUSTRY.** * **Barista experience:** Knowledge of coffee craftsmanship and bar operations. * **Leadership:** Experience managing staff and motivating work teams (verifiable). * **Administrative skills:** Experience handling cash, collections, and cash reconciliations. * **Passion for customer service** * **Problem-solving ability:** Proactive attitude toward daily challenges. * Completed high school education.
