Experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, cash handling, suggestive selling, and convenience stores (Oxxo, Seven, Circle K, Neto, 3B, retail, or similar). Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee store processes and compliance, conduct inventory and place orders, serve customers and suppliers, manage and develop staff for growth, achieve sales targets, control merchandise, and other duties.
