WORK LOCATION: San Cayetano Industrial Park REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or similar * Knowledge of Hygiene Standards and the “Distintivo H” certification RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate staff * Oversee food production * Knowledge of the “Distintivo H” certification, hygiene standards, and quality standards * Supervise quality standards * Develop menus * Manage personnel * Control waste and losses * Creativity and initiative to propose new ideas * Record temperatures, timeframes, and sanitary controls * Report equipment malfunctions or requirements * Prepare, season, and cook various dishes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining hall service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
