Work environment that values proactivity and friendly service **We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join our team at SAV's Coffee.** If you have experience in both cafeteria service and food preparation, this is your opportunity to grow with us! **Required Profile:** * Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * Barista Skills: Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverage preparation. * Customer Orientation: Excellent service attitude, friendliness, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Cleanliness and Organization: Strict adherence to hygiene and food handling standards. * Availability (as schedules are rotating). **Main Responsibilities:** * Cafeteria Operations: Serve customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages. * Kitchen Support: Assist in preparing simple menu items. * Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and order in the bar area, tables, kitchen, and equipment. Employment Terms and Compensation: * Base Salary + Tips (Weekly) * Additional Monthly Bonus for Punctuality and Attendance. * Rotating Shifts (Morning/Evening). * Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off per week. We are located two blocks from the San Cosme metro station.
