Focus on strategic thinking and customer service Requirements: Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree (minimum fourth semester) or technical degree in gastronomy, food and beverages, administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years as a waiter, floor supervisor, or assistant unit manager; 1 year preferred. Experience in sales in other industries (telemarketing, catalog sales, general sales) is valued. Prior experience in other customer service areas is considered positively. Skills: Adaptability, strategic thinking, leadership, results orientation, teamwork management, planning, and sales skills. Knowledge: Cost control, FIFO (First-In, First-Out), inventory and shrinkage management, performance metrics knowledge and application, results orientation, material and human resource administration. Knowledge of audits and cash reconciliation. Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables (very important). Ability to develop plans and strategies, as the position includes a sales-based bonus. Responsibilities: Increase average ticket sales generated by waitstaff (raise beverage sales to 27% of target sales volume within one year; 30% in the first year). Ensure proper execution of sales and service processes in the dining area. Support supervision to ensure smooth restaurant operations and appropriate resolution of customer conflicts. Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports to headquarters. Manage administrative documentation and sales tracking. Responsible for securing partnerships, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales. Evaluation is based on the number of customers entering the restaurant versus the same month of the previous year (volume-based bonus). Responsible for reporting and monitoring customer evaluations and databases maintained by hostesses. Attend to events in the party hall (300-peso bonus per closed sale).
